The Department of Radiology at the Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking candidates with strong physics and data analysis skills for a post-doctoral position in medical imaging technical development and analysis.
The supervisor for this position, Dr. Kevin Koch, oversees an imaging research laboratory that specializes in the development and analysis of novel imaging tools for application in diagnostic applications. Topics of research range span applications in neuroimaging, spinal cord imaging, and orthopaedic imaging. Dr. Koch’s development projects are strongly geared towards translation of advanced technologies to clinical practice. This post-doctoral position is funded by federal and industry-sponsored grants.

Specific skillsets required for this postdoctoral position are: advanced problem solving, Unix operating system and scripting, data analysis (machine learning and/or statistical methods). Candidates with strong physics and mathematics backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in medical imaging is not a requirement.
