The Jesus Son of Mary Center is a Florida registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The center impacts lives by driving personal and community growth. JSMC consists of the Jesus Son of Mary Mosque, FKAD Institute, The Kawkab Institute, and a Sports Field. The 40,000 Sq Ft Islamic Center is located in the heart of Tampa, Florida at 3457 W Kenyon Ave, Tampa, Florida, 33614. With a rapidly growing Muslim population, athletic services to underserved areas. The heart of Tampa is also close to major highways and roads with public transportation available crosstown. The JSMC team is made up of American-born professionals who understand American-Muslim dynamics and have a combined experience of over 40+ years in building and scaling organizations.

Job Summary:

The FKAD Institute Coordinator is a mission-focused, seasoned, strategic, and process-minded leader with experience scaling an organization, leading a team, and developing a performance culture among a group of diverse, talented individuals. The FKAD Institute coordinator must be a leader who is able to help others at FKAD Institute to deliver great results that enlighten the greater community.

Job Duties:

• Plans and directs all aspects of FKAD Institute operational policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Ensures facility management for day-to-day operation in conjunction with the Facility Director.
• Oversees maintenance of office area, equipment, and supplies.
• Makes copies and prints documents.
• Files documents and enters data.
• Manages marketing distribution channels including flier distribution, posters, email blasts, text blasts, etc.
• Manages and assists staff, including security.
• Answers phone calls during office hours.
• Responds to all voicemails within 24 hours.
• Responds to organization emails within 24 hours.
• Forwards messages to appropriate personnel.
• Suggests and Works to improve operations and productivity.
• Works with relevant parties to coordinate, direct and manage special events including conferences, fundraisers etc.
• Oversees maintenance of organization policies.
• Oversees employee attendance and performance and keeps a record.
• Generates reports including program progress reports, monthly student reports, etc.
• Oversees implementation of organization equality and diversity policy.
• Ensures every seminar is a memorable experience for all students.

Finance

• Generates revenue through connections/partnerships along with successfully enrolling new students to the program.
• Responsible for the attainment of short- and long-term financial and operational goals.
• Manages registration each quarter.
• Creates invoices for tuition and fees.
• Keeps a record of payments, registrations, and fees.
• Oversees bookkeeping and financial systems.
• Produces profit and loss statements as required.
• Integration and Communication
• Serves as the main integration point for FKAD Institute, making sure that the vision is implemented and that everyone is on the same page.
• Responds to Organization FB Messages within 24 hours.
• Posts social media updates in conjunction with relevant parties.
• Uses templates to respond to 3rd party lecturer, speaker and organization inquiries.
• Uses templates to communicate with 3rd party lecturers, speakers and organizations.
• Updates bulletin board material as directed.
• Attends conferences and/or bazaars to represent the organization.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
