The PCC Dental Clinic is seeking applicants interested in a full time position as the PCC Dental Clinic Front Office Receptionist. This position is at the Sylvania Campus, and fluency in spoken Spanish and English is required. The ideal candidate for this position will have front office dental or other dental experience.
Monday-Friday 8:00 to 5:00 except
January to June Wednesday evening required 5-8pm. No Wednesday am work.
The duties of the position include coordinating patient scheduling for students and staff, managing patient records, entering data in the clinical data base, collect fees for dental services and make bank deposits, provide information on dental services and the dental programs to the public, answer telephone inquiries, and develop patient forms as necessary.

Two years or more front office experience in a dental setting.
Must be fluent in speaking Spanish & English

High school diploma or equivalent
Three years of office assistant experience. (College or business school training may be substituted for up to two years of the experience requirement)

Meet college expectations regarding customer service;
Maintain a reliable and dependable attendance record;

Locate information using electronic resources, including the Intranet and Internet, as assigned;
Learn and utilize Banner or other information systems and databases.
Position Grade 15
Starting Salary Expectations The first two steps of the range are: $2,722 to $2,803 per month. Higher salary placement may be available based on qualifications, experience and internal equity. Bilingual differential of 5% added to salary.
Position Grade Salary Range $32666 to $52419 Annual Salary

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Positions in this job family typically work in an office setting but may be assigned more physical duties such as transporting office supplies and equipment. Position involves sitting for extended periods of time while working at a computer terminal. Some positions may involve limited local travel.
