Position Summary
As part of a collaborative team, the incumbent will perform a variety of responsible professional, technical and analytical classification and compensation activities related to the maintenance of the college compensation system. Maintains and ensures consistent application of the college’s classification standards for job classes. This role works with a diverse group of individuals at all levels in the organization.

- Able to show strong communication, intercultural and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver complex information and outcomes to a variety of employee and management levels.
- Demonstrated experience participating in and utilizing salary surveys to effectively perform compensation market analyses
- Experience completing full job analysis and classification and/or grade placement
- Experience working in regulated employment environment (for example, unionized, contract-based)
- Demonstrated experience using Human Resources data to create efficient processes - utilizing HR information systems to accurately and efficiently pull and utilize data, update database information, perform data corrections, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered, your application must demonstrate these minimum qualifications. (Experience is calculated based on the start and end dates you provide multiplied by the number of hours per week worked).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or other discipline directly related to the position (relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis).
Two years’ experience performing compensation and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
Position Grade H
Starting Salary Expectations Minimum $53,351 to range mid-point of $65,352. Placement generally will not exceed the mid-point, based on qualifications, experience and internal equity.
Position Grade Salary Range $53351 to $77356 Annual Salary

Paid Leave: (Pro-rated by FTE for Part-Time Employees)
- 14.67 hours of vacation leave per month
- 1 day of sick leave per month
- 11 holidays
- 3 additional personal leave days per year

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Work is generally performed in an office environment, with interruptions and irregularities in the work schedule. Frequent reaching, sitting, walking, and standing may be required. No special coordination beyond that used for normal mobility and handling of everyday objects and materials is need to perform the job.
