Posting Text | A post-doc position is available immediately in the laboratory of Dr. Xuejun Wang in the Division of Basic Biomedical Sciences at the University of South Dakota. The projects focus on cardiac physiology and pathophysiology, with an emphasis on the regulation of protein degradation pathways. Experience in molecular cloning and confocal microscopy or in mouse exercise physiology is desirable but not required. This is a grant-funded position. In addition to research experience (developing and conducting experiments, analyzing data, writing peer-reviewed manuscripts), opportunities for professional development (mentor training, grant writing, etc.) will also be provided.
