POSITION DEFINITION:

Under direct supervision of the Manager of In Vivo Services, the Project Coordinator is responsible for review, organization, and reporting of data generated from XenoSTART in vivo model development. This position assists in the management of respective non-technical facets of internal in vivo operations including but not limited to scheduling of data collection, tumor passaging, cryopreservation, sample collection, model termination, and other non-study related technical in vivo activities. In addition, this position serves as a liaison between administration and technical staff and assists with administrative and technical functions involving standard operating procedures and other duties as assigned. This position professionally interacts with program leadership and administration daily and manages data from late phase development, established maintenance, and internal study subjects. This position also serves to assist in program marketing through data curation, business operations as necessary, and other duties as assigned.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates, reviews, manages, and reports data generated from XenoSTART in vivo model development.
  • Assists in the management of late phase, non-technical facets of internal in vivo operations including but not limited to scheduling of data collection, tumor passaging, cryopreservation, sample collection, model termination, and other non-study related technical in vivo activities.
  • Serves as a liaison between administration and technical staff and assists with administrative and technical functions involving standard operating procedures.
  • Professionally interacts with program leadership and administration daily and manages data from late phase development, established maintenance, and internal study subjects.
  • Assist in program marketing through data curation and business operations as necessary.
  • Attends regular meetings and briefings as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Background REQUIREMENTS:

  • Undergraduate Bachelor’s degree required; natural science or related field preferred.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good record keeping and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment a must.
  • Must be computer keyboard knowledgeable and literate (typing 45-50 words per minute).
  • Must accurately spell and type information onto manual and computer records.
