FT Branch Director Opening

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming is seeking a highly driven,
relational leader to grow our Dubois Boys & Girls Club.
The Club is a place for kids to laugh, learn, grow and belong. It is the
dedication of caring and trained professionals that make this possible for
our youth. Our staff members are critical to the success of our programs
and organization and we are dedicated to developing team members to
become impactful youth professionals and community leaders.
This full-time Branch Director position will involve working closely with
community members, school partners, parents, families, staff, donors, and
youth. They will lead the development of Club programs, hire and train
team members, assist in grant implementation, and network in the
community to raise awareness and support for the Club. Experience in
supervision of staff is a must, and youth development experience
preferred.
A day in the life of a Club Director can look like:
-Hand-drawn thank you notes from Club members
-Coaching, team meetings or 1:1 development time to grow and develop
your career at the Dubois Boys & Girls Club
-Lunch meetings with community partners
-Investing in the skills of staff members
-Hugs and smiles all day long!

Full-time, benefited position. Salary range: Branch Director $48,000-
$53,000 DOE. Must be able to work daytime and early evening hours.
