This is a temporary, part-time position. This position exists to teach Anatomy and Physiology 2, and Medical Terminology.
* Master's degree with a major in Biology or a Master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate semester credits (27 graduate quarter credits) in Biology.

Preference is given to those who have the following:
Experience using instructional technology.
Demonstrated experience with on-line Instructional Management systems (e.g. D2L).
Demonstrated commitment to the academic needs of non-traditional students, including non-native speakers of English, students with disabilities, and first-generation college students.
Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion in the classroom.
Experience or a strong interest in contemporary teaching and learning techniques, including active and student-centered learning.
Strong communication skills.

Anoka-Ramsey Community College, with campuses in both Cambridge and Coon Rapids, Minnesota, has been a leading provider of higher education and training in East Central Minnesota since 1978 and the north suburban area of Minneapolis/St. Paul since 1965. Under the collective bargaining agreement with the Minnesota State College Faculty (MSCF), new instructors receive a salary placement based on education and related experience after a job offer is accepted. The final decision for determination of salary placement is made by the Minnesota State System Office based on education and relevant experience.
