You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you...
Have a B.S. Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering; or related field of study
Have 10+ years of relevant experience
Have demonstrated an ability and willingness to multi-task across several projects and work independently in small teams while meeting quick turnaround demands
Are willing and able to work in classified laboratories and oceans around the world to conduct field testing for 15% of your time
Can interact effectively with team members of different experience levels and backgrounds, including leadership of teams and projects
Possess an active DoD Secret or higher level clearance and able to obtain/maintain a Top Secret clearance. If selected, you will be subjected to a government security clearance investigation and be able to meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.

- Have a M.S. Degree in Electrical or Computer engineering or related field of study
- Have 15+ years related experience in industry or military
- Have demonstrated technical or project management leadership of complex electro-mechanical maritime systems
