Teach daytime classes in Culinary Management courses as follows:
CLM 130 – Inventory, Purchasing & Costing – Mon & Tues, 8:30 am to 9:50 am
CLM 170 – Supervision – Mon, 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Associates degree in Culinary Arts and/or Hospitality Mgmt, with minimum of 5 years leadership experience as an Exec. Chef, Restaurant Mgr, or Restaurant Owner.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Mgmt or Hospitality Mgmt, Industry Certification from the American Culinary Federation; National Restaurant Association; or American Hotel Motel Assoc; and previous teaching experience in culinary arts or hospitality mgmt.
