Birding by Ear Program Assistant

Job Description

Summary

Selected candidates will work on Environmental Interpretive Center's Birding by Ear initiative and will be responsible for the following:

  • Recruiting blind and low vision participants for the Birding by Ear program
  • Presenting interpretive programs about birds, trees, insects, and other parts of the natural world
  • Conducting nature walks for program participants
  • Bringing in guest speakers
  • Providing transportation for program participants
  • Providing refreshments for programs
