Summary of Position

Duty/Responsibility
Collect equipment and food/beverage needed for each event as detailed on the event orders. Set-up catered events in various locations on and off campus. Load, drive, and unload food and equipment from vehicles used for catered events. Provide all necessary services, such as monitoring buffet lines, and responding to special needs and/or requests. Actively participate in food production and food service activities as required. Store, and dispose of food products as assigned. Clean, store, and maintain catering equipment, keeping the staging area neat and clean.
Duty/Responsibility
Maintain logs and service records as required. Clean and organize storerooms, vehicles, and staging/event areas as assigned. Wear protective equipment as required by policy. Assist with physical inventory of catering equipment. Perform other duties as assigned.
