Carlow University invites applicants to fill a full-time, eleven-month undergraduate faculty position in the College of Health and Wellness. Position to begin July 2019.
This full-time position is to teach in the undergraduate nursing program with responsibilities for teaching, service and scholarship. Expectations are consistent with the Core Competencies for Nurse Educators, described in the Scope and Practice for Academic Nurse Educators (NLN, 2012). Recent clinical practice as an RN with a focus on adult populations is required. Rank is commensurate with education and experience.
We seek an individual with the following qualifications:
Valid, current, unrestricted Pennsylvania RN License.
Minimum of a master's degree in nursing, doctorate preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in teaching in an academic setting with undergraduate students.
