Position Description:

The neutrino physics theory effort at the University of Iowa has a postdoctoral position open to commence in Fall 2023. The initial appointment is for one year, with a second-year renewal contingent on performance and continued funding. The successful candidate will work with the group of Professor Mary Hall Reno.

Education Requirement:

  • The applicant must have completed all of the requirements for a PhD in physics at the time of the appointment. 

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Research experience on topics in neutrino physics and astroparticle physics is desired, as is experience using online software development platforms like github.
