Position Summary

The Assistant Manager of Business Operations will provide administrative support to the Facilities Operations staff at Lincoln Center. Additionally, they will assist the Manager of Business Operations with financial projections and reporting.

This position is full-time on campus, five days a week.

Essential Functions

  • Provides Administrative support to Facilities Operations staff
  • Assists Manager of Business Ops. with financial projections and budget reports
  • Oversees payroll for associate director’s approval, pay clock management and staff scheduling
  • Provides Administrative support for ordering consumables, Strategic Sourcing and FinBuy/FinPay system
  • Oversees quality control of the work order system provides metric’s for work order system
  • Assists with implementing policy and procedures from Department heads
  • Maintains records for DOB/FDNY/DEP code compliance
  • Ensures filing / data collection drives are maintained and current
  • Supervises front desk / dispatch operations / fills in when needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; or, in lieu of the degree, a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of five years of direct customer service experience, facilities management and/or finance.
  • Experience with computer applications i.e. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Docs
  • Excellent customer service and office administration skills
  • Ability to learn computerized database systems
  • Successful candidates should have a knowledge of and commitment to the goals of Jesuit Education.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some supervisory experience

Minimum Starting Salary: $58,500

Maximum Starting Salary: $68,000

Note: Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.
