FACULTY-ADN PROGRAM
NOTE:

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS AS WELL AS ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS
DISCLOSING CREDENTIALS PERTAINING TO THIS POSITION WILL BE
REQUIRED. WILL BE SUBJECT TO A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Master’s of Science in Nursing required. 3 years related experience
preferred. Must have ability to use computer programs including Microsoft
Word and Excel. Must have basic knowledge of use of audiovisual
equipment and other basic office equipment. This position requires
successful completion of a criminal background check and may be subject
to random drug screening. Must have and maintain an active RN license
in the state of Texas.

DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES: Instruct in the ADN program and assist with organization, administration
and continuous review of the program. Has the responsibility of providing
quality classroom and clinical instruction for ADN students. This includes
maintenance of his/her field of specialization. Should be prepared to teach
non-traditional course load and travel between clinical sites as necessary.

SALARY RANGE: Per faculty salary schedule (11 month contract-grant funded)
