Job Description: | RESEARCH PROTOCOL EXECUTION- Organize screening and assessment materials (e.g., data regarding neurocognitive, emotional, and brain development, school and home environment). Manage ongoing research subject and family contact. Responsible for scheduling of subject and family visits (including travel arrangements, MRI facility and laboratory scheduling, staff scheduling). Administer consortium research protocols focusing on adolescent cognitive and psychosocial development. Train research staff and student trainees on study procedures. |
Expected Salary: | $40,000 - $50,000 |
Minimum Requirements: | Bachelor degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
Preferred Qualifications: | Candidates with Master’s degrees in Public Health, Social Work, Psychology or related health field background. Experience administering diagnostic interviews and other test batteries required with preference given to those who have worked with both children and parents. This may include but not be limited to health problems and health history, diagnostic data such as laboratory tests and neurocognitive testing. Five or more years of experience with managing human subjects’ studies and experience with IRB submission preferred. Experience conducting research in children and adolescents preferred. Candidate should be comfortable discussing sensitive behaviors such as substance use with participants and their families. Due to the involvement of children in this study, some evening and weekend hours may be required so schedule flexibility is required. |
