Greenville University is seeking dynamic instructors, who wish to teach part-time, serving our thriving MBA/MSM programs. We are seeking potential colleagues who: 


  • Are committed to serve as a role model for students within an academic community with a distinctively Christian mission.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to liberal arts education.

  • Hold an earned doctorate or master’s level degree and significant professional experience.

  • Have a record of excellent teaching.

  • Are familiar with educational platforms and integration of multiple pedagogical approaches.

  • Demonstrate a cooperative, collegial spirit.

  • Are willing to teach on-site in Greenville, IL.


  • The adjunct instructor positions would consist of teaching appropriate courses in our MBA and/or MSM programs for which the person is appropriately credentialed and has the requisite professional experience.

  • Candidates must be passionate about teaching and preparing future business leaders and committed to serving as a role model for students within a Christian academic community.

  • Greenville University hires instructors with a vibrant personal Christian faith that animates their commitment to scholarship and their passion for mentoring students.

Preferred Qualifications:
Seeking dynamic instructors committed to Christian Higher Education in a liberal arts context. These individuals should hold a Ph.D. or D.B.A. degree in one of the sub-fields of Business. Persons holding a master’s degree, plus significant teaching and business experience might be considered, as well.

Greenville University has approximately 1200 students and is located 50 miles east of St. Louis in an attractive residential community of approximately 7,000 people.
