Job Description
12 MONTH FULL TIME POSITION

COORDINATOR ENROLLMENT SERVICES & HS COLLEGE START:
The coordinator is responsible for the overall management and coordination of operations and services related to:
- Enrollment services, processes, and procedures
- On-line enrollment services, processes, and procedures
- High School/College Start processes and procedures
- Services and training associated with Self-Service
- Onboarding of new students; collaborating with the Office of Admissions, the Registrar and the Student Success Center.
The coordinator serves as the point of contact for enrollment services, including ground, online and outreach. Will coordinate and manage training and support service for the Self-Service. The coordinator facilitates processes for special program and course enrollments and serves as the point of contact for initial enrollment services. Will assist with International student admissions processing and serve as an institutional point-of-contact for Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS). The coordinator is responsible for the overall management and coordination of enrollment services and college relations for the HS/ College Start program. The coordinator reports to the Director of Admissions.
