Description

The Department of Psychology in the College of Arts and Science at New York University seeks applicants for a full-time, non-tenure track Postdoctoral Lecturer in its undergraduate and graduate programs, pending final budgetary and administrative approval. This position will start September 2023.
The duties of the position include: 1) teaching multiple courses in the undergraduate and graduate psychology programs in personality and social psychology, 2) student advising and research/thesis mentoring, and 3) collaborating with faculty.

Materials should succinctly provide evidence of teaching excellence (e.g., teaching experience, course evaluations), research excellence (e.g., research interests, publications, awards), and experience mentoring student research in personality and social psychology. Please note classes you are willing to teach (especially methods and statistics classes at the undergrad and graduate level).

In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $60,000.
