Provide coordination and support to Workplace (external) and Workforce (internal) campaigns and events to maximize annual revenue, charity of choice and philanthropic engagement for Seattle Children's. Serve as liaison and provide exceptional customer service and deliverables to a broad base of workplace and workforce donors.

Provide coordination and support to Workplace (external) and Workforce (internal) campaigns and events to maximize annual fundraising, philanthropic engagement and community support for Seattle Children's. Serve as liaison and provide exceptional customer service and deliverables to a broad base of workplace and workforce donors. Specifically:

  • Support external workplace and internal workforce activities by providing appropriate levels of collateral, supplies, digital donation solutions, speakers, tours, scripts, talking points, marketing support, recaps and debriefs. Provide excellent and enthusiastic service to donors and volunteers to maximize their experience with Seattle Children's with an eye toward annual retention.
  • Produce high volume of collateral materials including slideshows, signage, flyers, donation pieces while maintaining branding standards and anticipating deadlines.
  • Attend and provide logistical support for workplace and workforce fundraising events and activities. Maintain and stage materials and supplies for assigned events. Provide recommendations for improvements measures toward streamling all aspects of work.
  • Note that this role will involve regular travel around the King County region and in-person presentations to groups of employees.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience that demonstrates knowledge and competency. - Minimum three years of progressively responsible administrative support experience, including: familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to email, schedule, and communicate with internal and external constituents in customer-service oriented role. - Minimum 5 years program coordination support experience; including at least 2 years of experience organizing multiple projects through to completion. -Experience working on process improvement projects with cross-functional teams. -Experience organizing multiple projects through to completion. - Successful track record convening and facilitating dialogue with multiple and diverse stakeholders. - Experience with: drafting, editing and developing communications and/or reports. - Minimum one (1) year of experience in a public-facing role. Required Credentials: - Valid Washington State Driver's License and clean driving record. Preferred: - Two years' experience working in a not-for-profit organization of similar size and scope. - Proficiency with graphic design software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook, Teams) and Smartsheet.

Min to Max Hourly Salary

Min: USD $32.43/Hr. Max: USD $48.65/Hr.

Min to Max Annual Salary

Min Salary: USD $67,454.40/Hr. Max Salary: USD $101,192.00/Hr.

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.

Seattle Children's offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
