Field breeding of cotton; cotton fiber and seed processing; field based plant selection, phenotypic data collection; seed and fiber analyses; perform basic molecular biology and plant physiology experiments; DNA based genotyping of cotton & generating and documenting genotypic data; phenotypic and genotypic data analyses using statistical and genetics software’s; summarizing results and preparing scientific manuscripts.
