Do you want to play a role in global commerce?
Prologis seeks an undergraduate intern passionate about furthering employee experiences to help us implement a Global Onboarding Strategy and Global Leadership Curricula across the organization. This individual will play a key role within the Global Project team, and have direct exposure to our Head of Global Talent Management & Organization Development. During the 10-12 week program, you'll contribute to projects that impact the business on a global scale.
What's needed in order to do that:
- Assist with creating repeatable implementation playbooks with global/local approach
- Leverage best practices from first Onboarding pilot in US. Work with the local team on pilots in Latin America
- Collaborate on communication strategy and change management process in a repeatable format
- Manage team calendar, meetings, minutes, action logs
- Help create Train the Trainer and Onboarding materials for local Teams
- Assist in creating and communicating Global Onboarding & Leadership Development calendar

- Current academic enrollment in an undergraduate program (upcoming graduate preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite of Apps
- Solid communication skills (verbal and written)

Undergraduate Hiring Hourly Pay: $25/Hour
