Position Summary
Indiana University is seeking a postdoctoral scholar to provide comprehensive project management support for an Indiana University-wide student success initiative, Charting the Future. The Charting the Future initiative includes a set of integrated strategies to improve college and career readiness for Hoosier students. The initiatives include career pathway and high school graduate outcomes assessment partnerships with K12 partners, analysis and improvement of both in-person and technology based career services at the University, and efforts to improve the equity of grade outcomes in difficult, required introductory courses in mathematics and the sciences. The Postdoctoral Scholar will report directly to the grant project co-PI who manages the project on behalf of IU’s President and Provost. Duties include tracking all initiatives, producing periodic reports on project progress and taking a lead role in contributing to the practical, research and scholarly products of the project.

Basic Qualifications
Doctorate (PhD or EdD) in higher education, social sciences, public administration or related discipline; at least 2 years of research project experience or experience managing similar type or scope of project.
