The Summer 2023 Internship Program will start with 2 weeks of part time hours (20 hrs/week) from Monday, May 22 through Friday, June 2. The remainder of the program will be full time hours (40 hrs/week) from Monday, June 5 through Friday, August 4.
The DEI team drives persistent leadership engagement, builds systemic organizational change, and improves the hiring and promotion of underrepresented groups. You will have the opportunity to help us achieve our goals by collaborating with business partners across multiple functions to build and refine DEI resources.
- Work alongside our DEI team - as well as across the People Team to support our internal and external programs
- Review and adapt US resources for our global employee population, primarily in our APJ region (Australia/Japan)
- Develop a creative project plan to amplify our employment brand
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program with an expected graduation date between December 2023-June 2025
- Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize appropriate tact and integrity
- Strong passion and interest in DEI
- Major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Diversity or related field
- Demonstrated leadership ability in your school and/or community
- Volunteering experience
