This position is a member of a team that supports General Services. This includes office moves, furniture removal, event set-up/take-down and miscellaneous other duties involving deliveries, pick-ups and set-ups. Job requirements include heavy lifting on a daily basis. Must have the ability to read and write and possess basic computer skills. This position will occasionally assist Surplus Operations. Candidates must be able to handle the operation of two-wheeled carts, pallet jacks, a variety of hand tools, and the operation of vehicles and forklifts. Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds, and be able to work on your feet for an extended period of time. Must be able to follow daily work instructions, but also work and make some decisions independently without supervision. Must be motivated and team-oriented.Must have valid driver’s license and either have or be capable of obtaining DOT and forklift certification. Excellent customer service is essential.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; 3-4 years experience; Basic computer skills and outstanding customer service skills; Valid drivers license and clean driving record
