Wheelock College international programs dean Linda Davis
Building on its mission to improve the lives of children and families, and its commitment to advancing a global perspective throughout the college community, Wheelock College has named Brookline resident Dr. Linda Davis to the position of Dean of Wheelock’s Center for International Programs and Partnerships.
Formerly the associate professor and interim director of the Center for International Education, Leadership and Innovation at Wheelock since July 2010, Davis will be responsible for overseeing a range of cross-cultural initiatives for the communities of Wheelock College, the Colleges of the Fenway and beyond.
In her role as the associate professor and interim director of the Center for International Education, Leadership, and Innovation, Davis brought with her a wealth of experience and expertise in research administration, international partnerships and curriculum design. She is currently working closely with Wheelock’s Boston and Singapore-based operations, along with other potential global partnerships in Latin America, the Caribbean and the Middle East. Before joining Wheelock, she was the vice president for Research, Graduate Programs and International Relations at The College of The Bahamas, where she collaborated with Wheelock to offer a graduate program in early childhood.
