Position Summary
The President of Lone Star College – North Harris, Dr. Gerald Napoles, invites applications for the position of Vice President, Instruction. This national search process will be guided by Gold Hill Associates, the designated recipient of all application materials.
The President seeks an experienced and vibrant community college leader to advance and invigorate LSC-North Harris in the achievement of its Strategic Plan; to empower faculty and staff in providing innovative and quality instruction in both academic transfer and workforce education instruction with strong student-focused support services; a demonstrated commitment to diversity; successful experience promoting student engagement and student success; and ability to foster strong community, business, and education partnerships. Applicants with workforce experience and who have worked in multi-college/center environments within diverse service areas are encouraged to apply.
