The college invites applications for the position of Vice President of Enrollment Management and Planning. This individual is responsible for the vision, leadership, and implementation of credit and non-credit strategic enrollment management at the college. The Vice President provides leadership to all staff and activities of the division, in support of college goals to support all learners, maintain student-centered services to facilitate success, and create new learning opportunities for our community. This position also plays a leadership role in planning and institutional effectiveness for the college, engaging with the President’s Cabinet and the campus on progress in achieving our mission. Departments within the division include Enrollment Services, Professional and Lifelong Learning, and Research, Assessment and Analytics. The Vice President reports directly to the President and is a member of the President’s Cabinet.
Salary Range: $99,995 - $132,798 (commensurate with experience)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- Doctorate degree or Master degree, and 7 years of related work experience.
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience in all aspect of enrollment services.
- Knowledge of federal and state statutes pertaining to higher education.
- Demonstrated knowledge of lifelong learning and workforce initiatives necessary to support the College’s mission and goals.
- Strong communication skills which are adaptable to working with diverse communities.
- Demonstrated ability to establish partnerships within the institution and the community at large to foster change and process improvement.
