EXPERIENCE AND OTHER
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Some college required, additional education recognized. Five (5) years related
experience preferred. Proficiency in computer skills; professional communication
skills (verbal and written); must be organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced
environment; self-directed and task oriented; critical thinker; ability to relate well to
people; leadership skills.
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES: Manage and organize division to promote efficiency. Assist VP of Academic and
Student Affairs with reporting and compliance requirements for governing
agencies. Keep official college publications updated (Catalog, Student Handbook,
Club Guide, etc.) Assist with institutional effectiveness initiatives. Assist all

SALARY RANGE: $33,747- $38,202 (pending Board approval)
