Seton Hall Law School seeks a dynamic leader and an engaged legal scholar with a deep understanding of the academy and an authentic interest in students and their success. The Dean embodies the values of Seton Hall Law and brings executive and academic leadership to the school.
|Duties and Responsibilities|
|Reporting to the Provost and executive vice president of Seton Hall University, the Dean serves on the Deans' Council and has leadership responsibility for achieving the goals and objectives of Seton Hall Law in all areas including budget, admissions, academic program, alumni and donor relations, and career preparedness of students. |
The Dean plays a critical role in supporting and defining that mission in the future. The Dean must be respected for his or her personal academic achievement and be able to inspire compassion, collaboration, and engagement from the faculty, staff, and students.
