Desired Skills: 



Our business analyst’s primary goal is helping Emory implement IT solutions in an efficient manner by determining the requirements of a project and communicating them clearly to customers, developers and stakeholders. Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM application suite including HR, Benefits and Payroll configuration, testing, troubleshooting and upgrades are desirable.



Responsibilities in this role include:



• Leading meetings to gather business requirements; design workflows, create detailed functional/technical specs and test plans; and work with a team to implement HR system design changes. 



• PeopleSoft Benefits Admin and Base Benefits configuration, testing and troubleshooting.



•PeopleSoft Application configuration, testing and troubleshooting.



• Documenting, developing, and delivering training materials related to all systems operations and changes.



• Creatively communicating system updates, modifications, and process enhancements to end-users.



Other skills include:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Advanced PeopleSoft Query skills.

• 2 Years Oracle SQL query development.

• Power User MS Office applications including Excel.

• Documenting, developing, and delivering training materials related to all systems operations and changes.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting scheduled deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail.





MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree and five years of position specific subject matter knowledge and/or experience in planning and applying information technology to one or more business functions OR equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
