Your Role

The Sales Implementation Specialist, Associate will focus on Client Implementation launches and complex renewals. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Analysis and Operations. This role will directly contribute to ensuring a high-quality onboarding and renewal experience for our external partners, focus on the administrative tasks of launches and complex renewals, while also being a liaison to our internal customers. This role will be trained to support new client implementations and complex renewals across multiple product lines (Premier, ASO, Core, Medicare).

Your Work

In this role, you will:

• Play an important role in customer launches and complex renewals
• Support Senior level implementation team members through the implementation process
• Follow and update project plans, detailing the tasks need to be completed for each launch and complex renewal, and submit various tickets
• Review and prepare various documents for production (i.e. enrollment, cost-sharing, prior authorization)
• Coordinate and facilitate tasks, projects, and issue resolution with our internal customers
• Ensure that all parties involved are aware of key deliverables and milestones
• Prioritize and manage complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously with appropriate urgency
• Consistently model and display excellent oral and written communication skills suited for various audiences, both internal and external

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at most 2 years prior relevant experience
• Requires proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Business operations or process improvement knowledge and/or experience required
• Experience with identifying problems, addressing root causes, and implementing long term scalable solutions highly preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Multitasking and Detail Oriented background

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is: $ 27.94 to $ 39.11 for California.
