This position will collaborate with the Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health under the direction of the management, the Technology Support Analyst serves as a liaison between Provider Operations and vendors/partners on assigned matters related to technology support and planning. This position provides analysis and problem-solving, technical assistance and support coordination. The incumbent provides technical support to customers in a professional manner and maintains goodwill, cooperation, and productive relationships throughout the organization.

- Collect and analyze data.
- Assist with testing and validation of data and business processes.
- Evaluate file layouts, risks of modifications, and downstream impacts to other systems.
- Utilize systems to holistically research, identify and resolve errors with data transmission.
- Work with management to prioritize needs. Responsibilities in a tableau reporting module include creating and maintaining all the
- departments dashboarding.
- Primary point of contact for in our change request systems and technical processes.

Minimum Experience/Education
Requirements for this role include:
- Support a variety of users with divergent needs and skill levels.
- Translate user needs into viable solutions.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Communicate technical and complex information in verbal and written form.
- Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose technology issues in a complex networked environment.
Knowledge of:
- A wide variety of Software (including Tableau, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Pro preferred)
- Principles of troubleshooting and analysis.
- Data Analysis a plus.
Department Required Skills
- Education: Prefer bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or related field or experience.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to extrapolate conclusions from large data reports.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability and capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Successful experience working in an end-user, customer-facing role in a trouble-shooting capacity.
- Ability to:
