This position manages, evaluates, and grows Notre Dame Athletics’ public-facing digital platforms to support overall brand growth, commerce, and audience goals. Public-facing digital initiatives include FightingIrish.com and Fighting Irish Mobile, the official website and app of Notre Dame Athletics, rewards systems, e-commerce platforms, and digital asset management. This position will also be vital in cross-collaborating and optimizing digital strategy efforts with NBC / Peacock contacts.
This individual should have proven analytical ability to track multiple project initiatives, analyze results, and adjust initiatives. Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics and paid media campaigns is required. General knowledge of social media platforms, website management, and a solid commitment to understanding contemporary UX design best practices is expected.
The position requires a demonstrated creative thinker with a strategic and analytical approach. It will work closely with the Assistant Athletics Director, Media Partnerships, Distribution & Revenue (MDPR), and Social Media, Marketing, and Sales teams. Must be a great internal communicator and be open to working with our athletics team, official partners, or outside vendors.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
- 1 to 2 years experience
- Have proven analytical ability to track multiple project initiatives, analyze results, and adjust initiatives
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and paid media campaigns is required
- Must be great internal communicator and willing to work within a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of and compliance with NCAA, ACC, and ND rules and regulations is imperative
- 3 to 4 years experience
