Provide leadership in transformative learning and student success at the Community College of Baltimore County by focusing on classroom pedagogy and the art and science of teaching and learning. Transformative learning areas include global education, high impact practices and evidence based pedagogies. Master’s degree in education, higher education leadership, psychology or a related field. A minimum of 6 years of experience in higher education in a faculty role and with professional learning/faculty development (3 years). Of the six years of experience, three of those years must include supervision of other faculty/staff. Demonstrated understanding of/experience with evidence-based practices in post-secondary education that promote student success and equity. Experience managing diverse projects, such as the design and implementation of professional learning in transformational pedagogies that support student success.
