Fleet Synthetic Training Scheduler
Contingent upon Contract Award
Purpose:
  • Valkyrie Enterprises has need for a Fleet Synthetic Training Scheduler who will be key in coordinating technical and manpower resources for providing wargaming support to TACTRAGRUPAC.
  • Located in San Diego, CA
Job Description:
  • Valkyrie is seeking experienced, mission-focused professionals to support Tactical Training Group, Pacific (TTGP) and Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific (EWTGPAC) as a Fleet Synthetic Training Scheduler.
  • Responsible for maintaining Course, Laboratory, and Manpower schedules and resources.
  • Coordinate with Fleet, Fleet Scheduling Authorities, and TTGP staff to ensure Fleet Training Requirements are met.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college/university degree, any discipline; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Experience with FRTP and schedules, training architecture, manpower, facility and supporting systems limitations; and experience identifying competing requirements and formulating alternative solutions.
  • Experience as a squadron, staff or range Scheduler or C4I Systems Officer, or equivalent experience in training resource, systems, and requirement allocation.
  • 20 years' experience conducting naval warfare training or equivalent military operational experience.

Security Requirements:
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance and the ability to maintain one.
Travel Requirements:
  • Occasional travel- less than 10%
  • If position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID.
