Job Title: Project Manager, Integrated Circuits

Job Duties: Support new product introductions and process improvements. Manage integrated circuit (IC) projects through planning, execution, and tracking. Anticipate and identify project risks, schedule slips or changes to analyze the scope, cost, and resource impact. Drive the cross-functional team to meet deliverables and milestone commitments to ensure successful project launches. Drive resolution of internal issues when the project deviates from the plan. Build, monitor, and maintain the project tracking system to capture: WBS, Schedule, milestones, resources, costs, and deliverables. Provide project leadership and active participation to guide the project team and key stakeholders from concept to delivery. Implement tools, techniques, and processes to enable informed decision making.

Required education: Master of Science or equivalent in Information Systems and Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related.

Required experience: 12 months as Project Manager, Integrated Circuits, or Project Manager.

Additional minimum requirements: work experience to include at least 12 months with the following:

  1. Direct project management in semiconductor or RF technology, Integrated Circuits;
  2. Project management methodologies and techniques, Project Management Tool (PMT);
  3. Cost-benefit analyses for Cost Management and ROI assessments;
  4. Advance usage of MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Office for creating WBS and tracking schedule, budget, and resources.

40 hours/ week. Job site/ interview: San Diego, CA Salary $96,000 - $116,000/yr. EOE
