Responsibilities
- Customer communication: Contacts customers to follow up on outstanding invoices, resolve payment or billing disputes, and negotiate payment terms where applicable.
- Collaboration: Works closely with other departments such as sales, customer service, and operations, to address customer issues and improve overall collections processes.
- Team mentoring and supervision: Works with an international and diverse team on a daily basis. Oversees the collections team, assigns tasks and balances workloads, ensuring team members are meeting goals and deadlines.
- Performance monitoring: Tracks team performance metrics, and provides feedback to team members to improve performance.
- Reporting and analysis: Generates reports on team performance and collection trends, analyzes data to identify areas for improvement.
- Process improvement: Continuously improves collection processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Hiring, training and development: Hires team members, and provides training and coaching to team members to enhance their collection skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldRequired Skills and Experience:
Experience automating A/R processes1-5 years managing B2B collections teams and 3rd Party vendors
Hyper organization skills
Process improvement minded
Proficient to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Desired Skills and Experience:
Healthcare/ Workers' Comp related experience preferred
Remote-Work experienced preferred

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $81,059 - $100,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
