Job Description

S&A is seeking Program Analystto provide support for the Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program and US Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) N1 role as Executive Agent for RRL program, executive secretary for the RRL Integration Board (IB) and Executive Steering Committee (ESC), and lead agency for training requirements development and assessments.

• Provide in depth analysis and assessment of Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program plan.
• Support the scheduling and management of requirements development and training implementation for the Fleet and Type Commanders.

Job Requirements

In addition to the education requirements, the Program Analyst must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience performing same or similar tasks. Concurrently, the Program Analyst must have two (2) years of experience with Navy staff processes.

Education Equivalency: Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program analysis.Concurrent with the required minimum of five (5) years of experience performing same or similar tasks,and two (2) years of experience with Navy staff processes.
