Job Description

The Associate Director of Finance (ADF) is responsible for the financial stewardship and
business operations of the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center; managing the Center’s budget and assisting in personnel decisions. The ADF serves as a valued advisor to the ED assisting in the development of strategic initiatives with special emphasis on business operations. The ADF oversees all fund flows for the Center including ticket and merchandise sales, gifts and endowment funds, and client billing. The ADF is also the lead in the contracting process with all visiting artists and clients of the Center. The ADF supervises the Center’s Staff Assistant.

Hybrid optional after 6 months of training.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or arts administration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (MBA, arts administration) or JD preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting practices and budget management
  • Experience with spreadsheets and university accounting systems.
