Essential Job Functions

• Ensure that all signage clearly and accurately represents Petco's products and vision, and that we have accurately communicated the in-store placement of all signage
• Monitor store signage requests, making sure that requested signs are needed and ensuring the accuracy of all signs available to order
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure all in-store signage needs have been shared and/or addressed
• Interact with outside vendors to ensure everything is on time and adheres to our standards of quality
• Actively resolves routine problems and escalates issues that could impact either on time delivery or quality
• Ensures all operations processes are followed while delivering high quality results on time.
• Relentless improver- always looking to better the process and streamline work and vendors Coordinate window graphic replacements with field and creative internal teams for spec, production, and installation
• Creative thinker and problem solver to use generate sku's and their supporting detail for store ordering
• Support supervisors with day to day functions essential to print production and trafficking
• Collaborate with field teams and visual team on bringing ops cases to closure within the 48hr allotted period
• Assist with internal communications between store ops, stores, merch ops, marketing, creative and GTM to keep work flow and schedule progressing as planned
• Assist in quantifying new stores and distros, affects total spend and budgets
• Assist in installations during key season and category sets
• Independently prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
• Familiar with software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to facilitate working file transfers to external vendors
• Analyze data and determine creative solutions within to optimize costs and customer instore experience
• Perform special projects as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• College degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years retail and/or visual merchandising experience required.
• The ability to multi-task in a time sensitive environment is necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required due to the nature of involvement with internal and external contacts.
• Must have working knowledge of graphic software, including Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator and color printing.
