As a student employee with Campus Dining at Saint Mary’s College or Holy Cross College, you will have the opportunity to work in a dining hall and/or one of our retail cafés. While working in Campus Dining, you will be able to build your resumé and gain career ready competencies such as self-awareness, teamwork/collaboration, work ethic/professionalism, and critical thinking/problem solving. No previous experience required!
Duties may include but are not limited to the following:
Food handling such as refilling buffet lines, preparing specialty drinks, stocking snack and beverage products, maintaining a clean and inviting location, processing transactions, greeting guests and engaging with customers.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be enrolled as a Saint Mary’s College or Holy Cross College student
- Must be capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision
- Must be positive, respectful, and committed to the schedule you create
- Must be able to effectively communicate with coworkers and management
