The University of Notre Dame Enterprises and Events (UEE) division is currently hiring for the position of Guest Services Associate within the department of Morris Inn. The UEE division leads the University’s event management, hospitality, and customer service functions while supporting student life, academic endeavors, and research initiatives.
Why this position?
A Guest Services Associate is responsible for greeting guests, checking guests in/out of their stay at the Morris Inn, answering questions/providing directions in a way that displays a higher degree of hospitality by utilizing the Global Service Standards.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-6 months of related hospitality/hotel experience
This position requires standing during/for full shift
