Student Field Placement Coordinator

Position Description

Lincoln Land Community College is currently accepting applications for a Student Field Placement Coordinator to provide instructional service for student placements and background checks.

The Coordinator will be responsible for the following functions:
  •  Arrange background check vendor appointments with students and manage related record keeping
  •  Orient students to Field Placement in EDU courses; Communicate with students regarding their progress
  •  Arrange field placements and act as liaison with field supervisors
  •  Distribute/collect forms and maintain records (such as placements, waivers, logs, evaluations, certificates of completion)
  •  Conduct site visits

This is a non-benefited, contractual position. Hours will vary week to week with an average of 12 hours per week. Pay is determined by student enrollment in education courses and mileage will be reimbursed.

Position Requirements

Requirements for position:
  • An associate’s degree
