Responsibilities

We are looking for an analyst with a passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment. This Compensation Analyst will be part of a core Human Resources department that supports the entire enterprise. You will have the opportunity to learn from the best and apply your technical and analytical skills to design and deliver base and variable pay structures and processes that align with our business goals and values. You will also be involved in supporting our broad-based compensation programs, sales compensation operations, and payroll quality & compliance. You will work closely with HR partners, business leaders, and employees to ensure our compensation programs are fair, competitive, and motivating.

  • Supports pay programs and processes, including communications, data analysis, metrics, and reporting.
  • Partners with teammates, leadership, Finance, Legal, and Human Resources to maintain effective compensation programs that align with business and drives results.
  • Performs market analysis for both broad-based & sales compensation plans. Provide insights and tools to support market-informed decisions.
  • Supports preparation of presentation materials for leadership review. Synthesize findings in easy-to-understand concepts and presentations.
  • Tracks and manages incentive plans and incentive plan eligibility to ensure compliance and quality. Reviews and audits incentive plan documents, eligibility criteria, and payout calculations.
  • Works closely with the payroll function to ensure compliance and quality for all incentive payments that are processed. Coordinates with payroll on payment schedules, adjustments, and reconciliations.
  • Supports sales compensation operations, including supporting Finance & Sales Leaders, management of annual sales plans, and streamlining sales incentive payment processes. Provides data and analysis to support sales plan design, administration, and reporting.
  • Drives compliance of compensation programs with regulatory requirements.
  • Develops and improves processes, increases efficiencies, and documentation to streamline compensation programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, economics, finance, or related field required.
  • Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze data and create meaningful reports, metrics, and charts. A high degree of accuracy is essential.
  • 2+ years expanding experience in broad-based compensation, sales compensation, payroll or finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office with advanced/master Excel skills including formulas, charts, graphs, pivot tables.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Successful project management experience and strong time management skills.
  • Experience with merging documents and DocuSign preferred.
  • Ability to successfully work independently or across teams on multiple projects with overlapping time frames and shifting priorities.
  • Ability to think proactively, identify problems and solutions, and exhibit a high-level of self-initiative.
  • Ability to influence and develop successful cross-functional business relationships.
  • Capable of working with sensitive data and always maintain confidentiality and establishing and maintaining high level of credibility, respect, and trust.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $58,345 - $75,000 annually and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
