This position will work a hybrid schedule which includes a combination of working both onsite at Towne Centre Drive and remote.

DESCRIPTION

The Welcome/MyChart Analyst will be responsible for standardization, implementation, enhancement, of cutting-edge technologies and support of our Welcome application, the candidate will also support our MyChart application. This position will be directly working on Contactless Arrival and Digital Door workflows in all Ambulatory locations, specifically for the opening of HC MOB.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Incumbent must obtain certification in primary EMR module(s) within 4 months of initial hire

  • Incumbent must maintain current certification for primary EMR module(s) as a condition of employment

  • Seven (7) years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor's degree in related area plus three years of related experience/training.

  • Experience and proven success in information systems implementation, development and support within a large-scale healthcare organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Epic Certification in Welcome, MyChart, Prelude, Hello World/Hello Patient.

  • Experience with Welcome, MyChart, Prelude, Hello World/Hello Patient.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
  • Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.

  • Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.

Pay Transparency Act

Annual Full Pay Range: $91,300 - $170,700 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)

Hourly Equivalent: $43.73 - $81.75

Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
