SUNY FMCC is seeking applicants for a full-time tenure-track position beginning September 2024.

Areas of professional responsibility include instruction in a range of Biology courses to support General Education and Technical programs. Responsibilities also include lab setup, curriculum development, program outreach, ongoing professional development, and assessment in a hands-on, student-centered environment.

Qualifications: A Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in biology or a closely related field with 18 graduate hours in biology required. Successful college teaching experience and credential to teach in a second science discipline desired.

Salary/Benefits: Salary is $61,764 with an excellent benefits package including a NYS Pension Plan.

The anticipated start date is September 1, 2024. Recruiting will continue until a successful candidate have been identified.
