St. Charles Community College is located just west of St. Louis, in the heart of growing St. Charles County. At St. Charles Community College, we have a passion for student success. SCC invites qualified candidates to apply for our part-time faculty position to teach nursing clinicals. This posting is designed to build a pool of qualified faculty as open positions arise. Course availability, clinical site, and hours vary. Applicants may be contacted if their qualifications match a particular open clinical rotation. Part-time appointments are made on a semester-by-semester (as needed) basis.

Clinical areas may include:

• Fundamentals
• Medical Surgical
• Critical Care
• Pediatrics
• Obstetrics
• Mental Health

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Qualified candidates must hold an unencumbered Missouri nursing license with no history of discipline in any jurisdiction
• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Applicants should have a minimum of 1-year clinical bedside experience in nursing.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

• Master's degree in nursing is preferred
