We're looking for someone like you to propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.

As an IT business analyst, you'll work with Navy acquisition office leadership and technical teams to develop leading-edge logistics systems and products. Supporting the government team, you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. You will also work with Leadership in all aspects of program management, from briefing development to RFI management. Together, you'll deliver high business value products to the Fleet.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience engineering or science management, operations research analysis, or financial or cost analysis
• 5+ years of experience in US Navy programs or operations.
• Experience in IT requirements management
• Experience with Agile processes, including User Story development and management
• Experience with Navy Aviation Maintenance including awareness of O, I, and D levels
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with aviation maintenance operations
• Experience with software development organizations and processes
• Agile or PMP certifications
